How does this handle Revit / CAD files?
WordPress is not a CAD vault. WP Document Revisions handles PDF + DWG with versioning and audit trail. For native Revit collaboration, pair with BIM 360 or Trimble Connect and link them from the project room.
Can we restrict client access?
Yes. Tiered access via Paid Memberships Pro. Client sees their project room + the portfolio. Staff sees everything. Alumni see the practice groups they opt into.
What about awards + press?
Each project page has fields for awards, publications, press mentions. Auto-emit Article schema with mainEntityOfPage so Google understands the press-worthiness.
