What is the response time for Pro support?
Under 24 hours on business days. Priority tickets get a faster lane. Most issues resolve in the first reply.
Do you help with custom development?
Limited custom work is covered for Pro license holders. Larger custom builds go through our setup packages or scoping calls.
Where are the docs?
Two full doc sites - one for BuddyX Free, one for BuddyX Pro. Hosted on store.wbcomdesigns.com. The /docs/ page on this site links to both with a topic-by-topic index.
I think I found a bug. Where do I report it?
Pro users open a ticket. Free users use the WordPress.org forum or open an issue in the public GitHub repo. Tag with the BuddyX version + a reproducible example.
Do you offer phone support?
Not by default. Priority Pro tickets that need a live walk-through get a scheduled video call instead. Most tickets resolve over email faster.
