The package is a fixed-scope install + configure + brand + handover. For anything beyond, use the premium custom development service.
One call - a 30-minute brief at the start of the week to lock scope and answer questions. Everything else is async over email or the project channel. This is what keeps the package at $699 instead of $4-6K.
Two packages combine at a discount - typically $699 + $499 instead of $699 + $699. Common combinations: LearnDash + MemberPress, Community + E-commerce, BuddyBoss + Multi-vendor. We map the overlap on the brief call.
Setup is one-time. Setup-related bug fixes are covered for 30 days post-handover. Ongoing maintenance and dev work comes via the Wbcom Designs maintenance retainer or via the BuddyX Pro priority support queue for theme-only issues. Most customers maintain themselves with priority support as the safety net.
30-day money-back if we have not started yet. Once setup begins we work to the brief and ship in 5 business days; refunds at that point cover any unused scope. We have not had a refund request in 3 years because the brief locks scope before we start.
