Common questions
How do we sync member status with our access control system?
Pair BuddyX with Glofox, Mindbody, or Zen Planner via Zapier. Member joins or freezes in your access-control system; BuddyX profile updates accordingly. Front desk sees one source of truth.
Can members freeze their membership themselves?
Yes. PMP supports pause + resume. Members pause from the portal; resume when they return. Reduces front-desk admin and member friction.
What about wearable integrations?
BuddyX is not a wearable platform. Members log workouts + PRs via a form or import from Garmin/Apple Health via Zapier. The community + retention is in BuddyX; the tracking lives wherever the member already tracks.
