BuddyX

Landscaping

A WordPress portal
for landscaping companies.

Service plan management, seasonal tips, crew dispatch, customer-photo gallery. The recurring-revenue engine that does not need a sales rep.

Why community for landscaping companies

Three reasons landscaping companies build a community.

01

Service plans renew when remembered

Annual plans churn when customers do not see value between visits. A customer portal with visit logs, before/after photos, and the next-visit date keeps the value top of mind.

02

Seasonal content sells the next service

The blog post about spring cleanup, published in February, lands in the inbox of every customer who had fall cleanup. Conversion is high.

03

Photos sell the brand

Every crew takes 30 photos per visit. The website hosts a gallery filtered by service, season, neighbourhood. New leads see proof; existing customers brag.

What BuddyX gives landscaping companies

Four building blocks.

Service plan dashboard

Each customer sees their plan, visit history, upcoming visits, plan tier. One-click upgrade to add seasonal services.

Crew dispatch group

Day-of routes, customer special instructions, special-care plants noted per property. Crews see one screen on their phone.

Seasonal content engine

A blog organised by season + service. New post automatically emails relevant customer segment. Old posts re-promoted yearly with FluentCRM.

FAQ

Common questions

Can customers pause their plan in winter?

Yes. PMP supports pause + resume on subscriptions. Most landscaping customers want a 4-month winter pause; the portal lets them do it themselves.

How do crews see custom instructions?

Each property has a sticky-note field on the customer profile visible to dispatchers and the assigned crew. "Gate code 4742, dog is friendly, do not blow leaves into the koi pond."

What about route optimisation?

BuddyX is not a routing tool. For routing, pair with OptimoRoute or Route4Me via Zapier. The customer profiles + scheduled visits become the data source.
