Can the portal sync with our dispatch software?
Yes. Most dispatch tools (LimoAnywhere, Hudson, Switchboard) have webhooks or REST APIs. Sync trips + drivers into BuddyX so customers see real-time status; keep the dispatch logic where it already works.
How do tip + tax show on the corporate invoice?
Line-itemed automatically. Each ride record has gross fare, tip, tax, surcharges. Monthly invoice is one PDF aggregated per company.
What about driver tipping?
Each ride has a "tip the driver" link on the receipt. Customers can tip post-ride; tips flow to the driver record. Drivers see lifetime tipping totals in their profile.
