Using the Free version of BuddyX
Using the Free version of BuddyX. New to WordPress but every question I have submitted was answered by the next day. Fantastic support.
Nonprofits
A WordPress community
for nonprofits.
Donor portal, volunteer coordination, impact storytelling, member tier. The community-driven nonprofit that grows beyond the annual gala.
Why community for nonprofits
Three reasons nonprofits build a community.
01
Donors want to see impact
A donor portal with personalised impact stories, named programmes, and giving history retains donors year over year.
02
Volunteers need coordination
A volunteer portal with shifts, training, peer recognition, and impact tracking attracts + retains volunteer time.
03
Members tie deeper than donations
A "member" tier with regular content, events, behind-the-scenes access creates a sustained relationship beyond annual giving.
What BuddyX gives nonprofits
Four building blocks.
Donor + member portal
Giving history, impact reports, named programmes, tax receipts. Annual + recurring giving managed in-portal.
Volunteer coordination
Shift sign-ups, training tracking, peer recognition + hours log. Volunteers see their impact; coordinators see capacity.
Impact storytelling
Per-programme + per-recipient (with consent) stories. Donors see "your gift funded this" specifics.
Programme + event calendar
Annual events, fundraisers, programme cycles. Members RSVP; donors track event attendance + giving in one view.

FAQ
Common questions
How does this fit with Salesforce / Bloomerang?
BuddyX is the constituent-facing layer; the CRM stays the system of record. Two-way sync of donations + member data. Donors see one polished portal; staff manages everything in the CRM they already know.
Can we accept stock + crypto donations?
GiveWP supports cryptocurrency. Stock donations typically require a separate broker integration; the portal can host the intake form + connect to your stock-donation platform.
What about peer-to-peer fundraising?
GiveWP Peer-to-Peer (or a complementary plugin) supports individual volunteer fundraising pages. Each volunteer gets a custom page; tracks their fundraising; community celebrates milestones.
