How do we handle vaccine reminders?
BuddyX stores vaccine dates per pet. FluentCRM sends a reminder 60 days before expiry. The pet parent can update from the portal or bring proof at the next visit.
Can we offer mobile grooming?
Yes. Amelia supports location-aware booking; if you offer both in-shop + mobile, pet parents pick one at booking time. Mobile bookings include address + parking notes.
What about anxious or aggressive dogs?
The pet profile has a behaviour-notes field. Groomers see it before the visit; can plan for muzzle, sedation reference letter, or alternative service time (calm hours).
