Common questions
Can members book the same therapist every time?
Yes. Amelia stores preferred providers per customer. Booking defaults to the preferred therapist if available; flags alternatives if not.
How do gift cards reconcile in our POS?
Two-way sync with Square / Lightspeed via Zapier or a custom integration. Redeem in-spa, the system marks used; expire in 12 months, the system auto-disables.
What about retail products?
WooCommerce inside the same install handles retail. Members get tier discounts automatically. Stock syncs to the in-spa POS.
