The BuddyX blog publishes deep guides for community founders, course creators, and marketplace operators. We accept guest posts on the topics below.

Topics we accept

Ten topics. Pitch on these.

  • Community management frameworks for WordPress
  • BuddyPress or BuddyBoss Platform deep dives
  • LMS plugin comparisons (LearnDash, TutorLMS, LifterLMS)
  • Membership plugin reviews (MemberPress, PMP, Restrict Content)
  • Multi-vendor marketplace teardowns (Dokan, WCFM)
  • Community case studies (your own builds, with metrics)
  • WordPress performance for community sites
  • Email automation for paid communities
  • Discord vs WordPress migration stories
  • Cohort-based course launch playbooks

Requirements

What we publish, what we don't.

Length

1,500 to 3,000 words. Long enough to be useful, short enough to finish.

Structure

Clear H2 sections every 200-300 words. Lists welcome. Screenshots required for tutorials.

Style

Direct, factual, no marketing. Show, do not tell. Cite sources for any claim that needs one.

Author

Real name + bio + headshot + one link in the byline. No anonymous submissions.

Originality

Unpublished. Once we publish, you can repost on your own site after 60 days with canonical pointing back.

What we do not accept

  • ×SEO-stuffed listicles with thin content.
  • ×Promotional posts about your own product as the entire premise.
  • ×AI-generated drafts. We can tell. Editorial declines them.
  • ×Anything previously published, even in a slightly different form.
